Job Description
The ideal candidate should have:
* 7-10 years of experience in accounting.
* At least 2 years of experience as a Chief Accountant.
* Handle the full spectrum of financial and cost accounting roles, including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, bank reconciliation.
* Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
* Perform a full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
* Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring, and controls.
* Responsible for timely monthly financial statements, payments, and cash-flow management reporting.
* Review and approve payment vouchers and journal entries.
* Perform cash flow forecasting and budgeting, working closely with the operations and project teams.
* Develop and maintain internal controls and effective accounting systems and policies for the setup.
* Support the Finance Manager in ensuring that inter-company cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy.
* Consult with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
His salary will be negotiable depending on years of experience.
